When can I book The Polo Cottage?
We are now accepting reservations for stays beginning May 1, 2026. Our availability calendar is live—secure your dates early, especially during peak equestrian and golf seasons.

What is your minimum stay?
Minimum stay requirements are generally 3 nights minimum,  but may vary depending on the season and local events. Please check the booking calendar for specific dates.

Where is the property located?
The Polo Cottage is located in Aiken, just off Whiskey Road and Silver Spur Road in the Aiken Estates neighborhood. Just a short drive from downtown, equestrian venues, golf courses, and local attractions. See the map below.

How close are you to equestrian venues and polo fields?
We are conveniently located within a 10-minute drive of downtown and many of Aiken’s top equestrian facilities, including Bruce's Field, Whitney Polo Field, Hitchcock Woods, and the historic Aiken Training Track, making it an ideal stay for riders, spectators, and event guests.

What amenities are included?
Guests enjoy a fire pit, wine fridge, Nespresso machine, fully fenced yard, and thoughtfully curated interiors designed for comfort and style.

Is the home fully furnished?
Yes, the home is fully furnished with a blend of antique, vintage, and modern pieces curated by the owner.

Can I get early check-in or late checkout?
When available, we offer early check-in and late checkout as add-ons through our experience platform here.

Parking
Parking is available on the street and in the driveway.

How do “request” items work?
Items labeled “Request” are not charged until approved. Once confirmed, you’ll receive an “Item Approved” email before any charges are processed.

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation policies vary depending on the platform and booking terms. Please review the policy at the time of booking.

Is smoking allowed?
No, the Polo Cottage is a non-smoking property. This includes outside. 

Are events or parties allowed?
To preserve the home and guest experience, parties and large events are not permitted without prior written approval.
